1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 7teams. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website (www.7teamstech.com), virtual reality simulation software, curriculum platforms, vocational training suites, and all associated hardware and digital services provided by 7teams Information Technology Company ("7teams", "Company", "we", "us").

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription or license, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

7teams provides an integrated virtual reality ecosystem comprising:

• Virtual Labs for Schools: Interactive science curriculum for primary stages, teacher management apps, school administrative dashboards, and student analytics.
• Vocational Simulation Training: High-fidelity training simulations for Healthcare, Occupational Health & Safety, Military, and Cultural/Entertainment sectors.
• Hardware & Operational Systems: Turnkey charging units, secure storage, and pre-configured VR headsets supplied per organizational agreement.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payment Terms

• Currency: All transactions and fees are displayed and charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
• Value-Added Tax (VAT): Prices are subject to applicable Saudi VAT under ZATCA regulations. Official electronic tax invoices are generated for all orders.
• Payment Processing: Online payments are conducted via the SAMA-regulated payment gateway Moyasar, supporting:
  • Mada Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards (Visa / MasterCard)
  • Apple Pay
• Customers must provide valid, lawful payment information and authorize 7teams to process designated transaction amounts.

5. Delivery & License Activation Policy

• Digital Subscriptions & Software Licenses: Activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation, or within a maximum of 24 to 48 business hours. Access credentials and license keys are dispatched to the designated customer email.
• Hardware & Headset Units (if contracted): Shipped and installed at the client site within Saudi Arabia within (3 to 10 business days), or in accordance with the signed procurement order.

6. Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

In full alignment with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations:

• Digital Licenses & Subscriptions: Customers may request cancellation and a full refund within (7) days of purchase, provided that software license keys have not been activated or digital content downloaded/consumed.
• Technical Defects: In the unlikely event of an unresolved technical impairment originating from our platform preventing service delivery, customers are entitled to a full refund for the affected period.
• Refund Mechanism: Approved refunds are credited exclusively back to the original card or payment method used during checkout via Moyasar, within standard banking processing timeframes (typically 5 to 14 business days).
• Institutional Agreements: Enterprise, multi-school, or governmental agreements are governed by the specific terms of their executed bilateral service contract.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary rights, software code, 3D simulations, pedagogical assets, user interfaces, and trademarks ("7teams", "سفن تيمز") are the exclusive intellectual property of 7teams Information Technology Company and are protected under Saudi and international copyright and patent legislation.

Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly for authorized educational and training usage. Reverse-engineering, unauthorized copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Safety & Responsible Hardware Usage

Supervisors, instructors, and users agree to adhere to standard health and safety guidelines when deploying VR headsets, ensuring clear physical boundaries and appropriate rest intervals for participants.

9. Governing Law & Judicial Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
